Beds are super comfy. The pool area is great for kids, especially the zero entry. Room had all the essentials like a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Super clean and easy check-in. Staff were helpful, and the breakfast area had plenty of seating. Close to Hersheypark and food options. Plus, safe parking!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our trip. Disappointed there was no microwave in the room. Easy access to nearby golf courses and Hersheypark.

The location of the Best Western near Hershey's Chocolate World was perfect for my visit. The easy access to famous attractions like Hersheypark and Hershey Gardens made my stay enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's ability to speak English and Spanish at the reception, which made communication easy and convenient.
Limited breakfast options. Room was not cleaned during our stay.

we loved the location of best western, it was close to the amusement park, and there were many restaurants within 5 miles. the big pool was a hit with our kids, and the staff were very friendly. the rooms were very clean, and we had a great experience with the housekeeping staff. the hotel is only 5-6 minutes from a café where we were participating in an event, making the location perfect for us.
